FAQs and Things to know
DO I HAVE TO BE AN ADVERTISING MAJOR?
No, this is open to all students in College of Fine Arts and Communication and McCoy College of Business at Texas State University.
DO I GET COURSE CREDIT?
Yes, if you are on the final 20-person senior team. This counts as a campaign class credit or an elective depending on your major and status. We will work with your advisor to figure out the best way to earn course credit to fit your degree plan.
In addition to the 20-person team, 4 sophomores/juniors will be invited to the junior team. These students will learn and shadow various departments. They will also be able participate in all team-activities, travel, put it on their resume, and work to secure their spot on next year’s team in a leadership role. However, they will be ineligible to earn course as a junior-member.
